CPI by Provinces in the Month of Mehr of the Year 1400

In the month of Mehr of the year 1400, the national households general index (1395=100) stood at 364.1, which increased by 3.7 percent compared with the previous month. In this month, the provinces of Gilan and Kerman saw the highest monthly inflation rate of the national households with a 5.8 percent increase and the lowest monthly inflation rate went to Sistan & Baluchestan province with a 2.2 percent rise. percentage change in the general index for the national households was 39.2 percent in contrast to the corresponding month of the previous year (point-to-point inflation). The highest point-to-point inflation rate was for Kohgiluyeh & Boyerahmad province with 48.5 percent and the lowest one was for Sistan & Baluchestan province with 31.9 percent. Also, the twelve-month inflation rate ending the month of Mehr of the year 1400 for the national households stood at 45.4 percent. The highest twelve-month inflation rate went to Ilam province with 53.3 percent and the lowest one was for Qom province with 40.9 percent.
