CPI by Provinces in the Month of Mordad of the Year 1401

All Households

In the month of Mordad of the year 1401, the households general index (1395=100) of the nation stood at 514.2 which increased by 2.0 percent compared to the previous month. During this month, the highest monthly inflation rate of the nationwide households was for Markazi province with 3.5 percent and the lowest monthly inflation rate went to West Azarbayejan province with 0.6 percent.

The percentage change in the general index for the households of the nation was 52.2 percent, in contrast to the corresponding month of the previous year (point-to-point inflation). The highest point-to-point inflation rate was for West Azarbayejan, Ardebil and Kerman provinces with 60.3 percent and the lowest one was for Khuzestan province with 45.8 percent.

The twelve-month inflation rate ending the month of Mordad of the year 1401 for the nationwide households stood at 41.5 percent. The highest twelve-month inflation rate went to Kohgiluyeh & Boyerahmad province with 47.8 percent and the lowest one was for Sistan & Baluchestan province with 36.6 percent.
