Second RAP Regional Workshop on Building Training Resources for Improving Agricultural and Rural Statistics: Sampling Methods for Agricultural Statistics- Review of Current Practices [10 - 17 September 2013, Tehran, Islamic Republic of Iran]

The workshop is the second in a series of regional training-of-trainers workshops that are part of the capacity building strategy of the Asia-Pacific Regional Action Plan to Improve Agricultural and Rural Statistics (RAP). The RAP is the implementation plan of the Global Strategy to Improve Agricultural and Rural Statistics1 that aims to assist national statistical systems meet the emerging data needs and at the same time to arrest the erosion of quality and quantity of agricultural and rural statistics.
