General country inflation rate for the month of Khordad (22 May -21 June) of the year 1397 is 8.2 percent, which is fluctuating between 8.1 percent for the first decile (those with the lowest income) to 8.4 percent for the seventh decile, among the expenditure deciles. The range of the twelve-month inflation in the major group of "food, beverages and tobacco" is between 9.3 percent for the first decile to 11.0 percent for the tenth decile. Also the same information for the major group of "non-food and services" is between 7.2 percent for the second decile and 7.6 percent for the tenth decile.
