The price index of residential buildings inputs in Tehran (base year 1390¹=100) in the summer (22 June-22 September) of the year 1396 was 211.6 which increased by 7.3 percent in contrast to the preceding season (197.1) and 13.4 percent compared to the corresponding season in the previous year (186.5). Percentage changes in the general index for the four seasons ending to the summer of the year 1396 was 9.9 percent in contrast to the corresponding period of the previous year, which grew over the same information in the previous season (7.6 percent).

The index of "cement, concrete, gravel and sand” group in the summer of the year 1396 reached 215.2, which increased by 12.5 percent compared to the previous season. The index of "plaster and plaster work" group was 201.3 in the summer of the year 1396 which remained unchanged in contrast to the previous season.  The index of “clay blocks and brick” group was 178.9 in the summer of the year 1396 which grew by 1.4 percent over the previous season.
