Price index of residential buildings inputs in Tehran city in the spring of the year 1396¹ amounted to 197.1, which increased 2.9 percent compared to the previous season (191.6) and grew by .7.2 percent compared with the corresponding season (183.9) in the previous year.

Percentage change of the general index in four seasons ending to the spring of the year 1396 was 7.6 percent compared to the previous year, which shows a 6.6 percent increase compared to the previous season.

Price index of the group “services”, with a 5.0 percent increase compared to the previous season, has had the highest effect on the increase in the general index in the spring. The price index of the group “ironware steel bar, profiles for door and window” with a growth of 3.1 percent  and the group “cement, concrete, sand and gravel”,  with a  1.4 percent increase have had  the next ranks  in rise of  price index of residential buildings inputs in Tehran city in the spring  of the year 1396.
