A Summary Report on Price of Land And Rental Price of Residential Buildings in the Summer 2012 Released by the Statistical Centre Of Iran

Average price per square meter of land or land of  dilapidated residential buildings transacted in real estate agencies in Tehran has been 52764 thousand Rials, representing a decrease of  9.6 %  compared with  the previous season and  an increase of 100.7 percent  over  the same season of 2011. Furthermore, the number of transactions of land or land of dilapidated residential buildings in real estate agencies in Tehran has decreased 22.7% and 16.8% compared with the previous season and the same season of 2011, respectively.

 Average price per square meter of floor area transacted in real estate agencies in Tehran has been 40539 thousand Rials, indicating  a decrease of  4.3% compared with  the previous season  and an  increase of  47.0%  over  the  same season of the  previous year(2011).  Moreover, the number of transactions per square meter of residential floor area registered in real estate agencies in Tehran has decreased   by 26.9% and 43.0% compared with the previous season and the same season of 2011, respectively.

 Average Monthly Rental including 3% of Rental Deposit per Square Meter of Floor Area transacted in real estate agencies in Tehran has been 185479 Rials, indicating an increase of 4.7% and 23.5% compared with the previous season and the same season of the previous year (2011), respectively.  Moreover, the number of agreements made for renting housing units including 3% of rental deposit per square meter of residential floor area in real estate agencies in Tehran has increased 45.6% and 32.2% compared to the previous season and the same season of the previous year correspondingly.
