Statistical Centre of Iran (SCI) is to celebrate Statistics and Planning Day on 22 October 2013 coinciding with the International Year of Statistics (Statistics2013). Statistics and Planning Day in Iran is celebrated on 23 October every year. In this ceremony attended by high ranking officials, statisticians, representatives of government agencies, representatives of some International Organizations stationed in Iran as well as the staff of SCI, different programs and speeches are to be conducted and delivered. We congratulate both the members of the Iranian statistical society and International statistical Society on the International Year of Statistics (Statistics2013).
