The Statistical Centre of Iran (SCI) conducted the survey on the travel institutes and companies from of the survey series on the transportation establishments of the country in the month of Aban, the year 1399 in order to provide the data needed for compilation of the the national and regional accounts in the transportation sector in the activities related to these establishments for the year 1398. The SCI also conducted this survey in the years 1379, 1380, 1383, 1386, 1389, 1392, and 1395.

Data colleion in this survey was a face-to-face interview and using a questionnaire.
